  Me and my family always try and go to nice, enjoyable dinners on Christmas Eve every year. We went to National Harbor last year for Christmas Eve and enjoyed it so much we wanted to go again this year. Me and my family choose The Redstone Grill because the menu looked delicious. So my mom made a reservations at 4:15 PM on Christmas eve. We arrived at the restaurant and after being sat we were quickly informed by the waiter that the kitchen was "closing down" for the night because they closed at 5:00 PM which was odd to us considering the patron informed us the latest reservation time was 4:15. Aside from that the bar apparently was also "closing down" for the night, my whole family felt like we were being rushed and a burden to the restaurant... Not only did this happen but when it hit 5:00 they turned all of the lights as bright as they could and turned off the music... I have been in the food industry for almost 4 years and whether someone comes in 5 minutes before closing or an hour, once they're in they shall be treated as well as any other guest. Not to mention we were paying a pretty penny for our dinner. So because of this I will never come here again the staff was rude to.

  The service was OK but very dissatisfied with the food. For $127.00 for 2 people I would expect the food to be outstanding. My baked potato had been warmed so long it was hard and my broccoli wasn't done. My husband's crab legs were not fresh either. Very disappointing for the price. Also, spent the rest of the evening sick. We will not go back.

  The rudest workers ever from the wait staff all the way up to the Manager. placed an order and when i went to pick up the order 45 mins later, the order was STILL incorrect. Not the first incident! Spoke to a Manager Bruce who was in training and should be fired as he is the rudest person there. People, go spend your money at the other restaurants. you will get better service for the same price.
