I normally don't write reviews, but I felt obligated after reading so many negative comments.
I have been here many times. And every single time I've had a great experience. I get smoothies more often than pretzels, but all the products are always good, and the service has always been exceptional.

Nothing..came here 20 mins ago..was toldd it would be 10 mins for pretxel with no salt...it didt not take 10 mins..but the staff attitude was not pleasant...i think common sense would be to prepare ahead of time for the weekekend rush...if i have to wait for some dough..i will not ever return
